There's a brand new restaurant in Lancaster County located in Mill Creek Square near The Outlets. Noodles & Company is a 'fast casual' type restuarant similar to a Panera or Chipotle meaning it's a step up from a fast food restuarant like McDonalds, but not quite a full service restaurant. 

I checked Noodles & Co out last week and really enjoyed the visit. There are plenty of options for any appetite and the options can easily be customized. I was also impressed by the great customer service, although the prices were a little higher than I would like to pay for that type of dining environment, but I have similar complaints at Panera Bread.

These types of 'distressed sales' have become more common because of the market conditions over the past few years, so lets go over what they are and how to spot them while searching for your Lancaster County home on our website.
