The AJ Collins Tract is 150 acres located 5 miles east of Scottsville on West River Road (Rt. 6). This Tract lays rolling with two small springs going through the property along with a solid interior road to access the majority of the property. The timber consists of 31 acres of mature hardwoods and 118 acres to be planted in Loblolly pine in 2026.
