Dogwood Valley Neighborhood

Dogwood Valley was developed in the early 2000s and consists of single family homes ranging primarily in the $300-$400s. The neighborhood has roughly 40 homes that sit on lots generally under a half acre. The homeowners association maintains 7 acres of common ground for $225/year. The neighborhood is located on rolling hills and has easy access into Lititz.
