Grandview Heights is an established development that was built largely in the 1930s and 1940s and continues to have new homes being built for sale in it's most recent section called Grandview Chase. Grandview Heights has a large diversity of homes ranging anywhere from townhomes, condos, small single family, large single family, and new construction. The price ranges go anywhere from the low $100,000 to $400,000.
Most homeowners live here for the wide tree lined streets and unique construction of the homes. There are not many roads in the area like Grandview Boulevard! Most of the homes sit on a small lot and range from 1,000 sqft to 1,800 sqft but you can find larger, particularly in the new construction along the north east side along Rt 30. The homes were typically built without any air conditioning and many remain that way today.
If you want access to everything but want to keep a rural neighborhood feel than Grandview Heights is a great place to consider. Lancaster Catholic High School and Schaeffer Elementary School are located in the development. The Golden Triangle Shopping Center, which includes Rite Aid, LA Fitness, Staples, Walgreens, and more is just down the street. Grocery shopping is also made easy with Giant Food Stores and local favorite Stauffers of Kissel Hill nearby.
